How a case goes

From the first call to the settlement check

Six steps, and who you'll hear from at each one. Most of the waiting is the healing.

  1. 01

Step 1: You call, and Leyla listens

She asks what happened, who was hurt and which insurers have called. It takes about fifteen minutes, and it's free.

  2. 02

Step 2: We meet where it suits you

At an office, your home or the hospital. The lawyer who'd handle your case is there, and you can bring anyone you like.

  3. 03

Step 3: We go to the scene

Emir photographs it, finds witnesses and asks for any video before it's erased.

  4. 04

Step 4: Shun gathers the records

Hospital, clinic and therapy records, and the bills. You get a call from Shun at least every two weeks.

  5. 05

Step 5: We make the demand

When you've healed as far as you will, we tell the insurer what the claim is worth and why, in writing.

  6. 06

Step 6: Settle, or file suit

Most claims settle. If the offer's too low, we file and keep going. You decide which, every time.

Home visits

We'd rather come to your kitchen table

A lot of our clients can't drive for a while after a crash, and some live two hours from any of our offices. So we drive. A first meeting at your home costs you nothing, the same as one in our office.

What it costs, plainly

What do I pay up front?

Nothing. We're paid a share of the recovery, and only if there is one.

What are case costs?

Money spent to build the claim: records, filing fees, experts. We advance them, and they're repaid from a recovery.

And if we don't recover anything?

You owe us no fee, and you don't repay the costs we advanced.

Start with a fifteen-minute call

Leyla will tell you honestly whether it's a case we can help with.
